Individual Therapy & Couples Therapy

Private. Confidential. Growthful.

For Individuals

Therapy gives you a professional space to speak your thoughts and feelings. You have a personalised, dedicated weekly session to receive the help you need.

I work with a wide range of concerns; however, I do specialise in depression, loss and bereavement, bereavement by suicide, suicidal ideation, disability, anger, and family and relationship issues.

Therapy with me provides you with professional guidance and insight to process what you’ve been through and to find a way forward that feels better than where you’ve been.

We work on what’s happened and what’s happening now; we work on increasing your self-knowledge and understanding. We do this work together so that you can feel more whole and more in control of your life.

For Couples

Sometimes we need help from someone outside of our relationship. Couples therapy provides a unique opportunity to come together with a professional therapist who is specially trained to help you talk to and better understand each other.

Each couple is unique and what you’re struggling with is highly personal. What I work with is: helping couples improve communication, co-parent, address unhelpful dynamics and conflict patterns, rebuild trust and intimacy, and develop mutual understanding. Sometimes, a couple decides they need to separate; in these circumstances, I provide support to peacefully navigate a separation or divorce.

In couples therapy, you both have the benefit of speaking about what you are going through in the relationship with a non-judgemental professional who ensures you each have space to be heard. Relationships can be hard. I believe it’s absolutely okay to ask for help.
